Third-party proof
Read the record where it lives.
Read current reviews on Google and check the BBB profile. Each source lets you see when the information was published.

Independent sources
Two places to check before you call.
The Better Business Bureau profile currently reports an A+ rating, accreditation beginning in 2019, and zero complaints closed in the last three years. Google is the appropriate place to inspect the current customer-review record; the site does not freeze a star average or count that may change.

What to look for
The useful reviews describe a process.
Look for recent accounts that explain communication, repair decisions, claim coordination, fit and finish, or what happened when a question came up. Specific details are more useful than a page of adjectives.
Read the original review and any response alongside it. The links above take you to the published records.
